What you'll do

• Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, senior communities, schools, sports organizations, and community partners
• develop referral and corporate wellness partnerships
• represent the company at community events
• respond to leads, conduct consultations, and close business
• pursue client, revenue, and renewal goals
• deliver individualized personal training and assessments
• mentor, onboard, and coach trainers
• support service standards and client retention.
