Exercise Coordination Analyst

Job overview

The Exercise Coordination Analyst role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with travel to meetings and conferences for up to 30 days per year. Compensation is $88,000–$90,000 per year. The analyst supports the integration of warfare-development priorities, multi-domain operations objectives, and future capability needs into NATO exercises. The role coordinates exercise planning and stakeholder activities, develops planning products, and helps identify opportunities to test concepts and emerging capabilities. Documenting outcomes, preparing recommendations, and tracking schedules and progress support exercise execution and branch leadership.
