OR Scrub Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare instruments, sutures, supplies, and equipment for procedures
• assist the healthcare team during surgery
• support safe intraoperative care, including specimen and medication handling
• maintain and restock equipment and supplies
• anticipate surgeon and patient needs
• communicate provider preferences to the RN
• support room turnover
• assist with preference cards and staff training
• maintain documentation and follow safety and regulatory requirements.
