Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Regulated Digital Health

What you'll do

• Support CI/CD pipelines and auditable deployment processes
• promote infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
• maintain highly available systems using Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• define and improve reliability metrics
• lead capacity planning and performance tuning
• manage incident detection, triage, resolution, and postmortems
• maintain incident response playbooks
• implement monitoring and SIEM tools
• collaborate with security, quality assurance, and regulatory teams
• ensure logging, auditing, and reporting meet applicable standards
• document infrastructure processes
• troubleshoot cloud and network issues while protecting PHI and device data.
