What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral assessments

- supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
- train parents and caregivers
- analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations
- collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- maintain accurate documentation
- ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
