What you'll do

• Provide in-home care to seniors and people with illness, injury, or chronic disease
• assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, eating, and nutrition
• support ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes
• coordinate with the care team and notify a supervisor of issues requiring changes to care, medication, or equipment.
