What you'll do

• Maintain the facility and grounds in good repair
• perform routine upkeep of grounds, parking areas, and driveways
• complete building and equipment repairs involving plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work as directed
• clean windows and screens
• replace light bulbs
• service heating and cooling systems as specified
• perform unscheduled maintenance as directed
• report defective equipment
• replenish maintenance supplies. May drive a company vehicle as instructed.
