Academic Coach / Tutor — Part-Time, After-School

The Academic Coach / Tutor role is primarily in person at a site in Spring, TX, with virtual support based on program needs. Pay is $25.00 per hour. The role supports youth and young adults ages 14–25 who are currently in foster care or have aged out of the foster care system.

What you'll do

• Tutor and coach youth ages 14–25
• assist with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation in core subjects
• support organization, time management, and study habits
• provide individual and group sessions
• track attendance, progress, and outcomes
• complete forms and assessments
• attend training, meetings, and program events
• and provide virtual academic support when needed.
