Direct Care Life Coach - Women's Residential Program - Evening Shift

Compensation is $20–$0 per year. The Direct Care Life Coach role is onsite in Duluth, GA, on a Sunday–Thursday evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Wellspring Living is a nonprofit focused on disrupting human trafficking through housing, healing, and education; this role supports its Women’s Residential Program. The coach provides daily care, supervision, and life-skills coaching in a safe, restorative, trauma-informed residential setting. The role supports participant growth through evening routines, individualized plans, safety practices, and collaboration with therapeutic, educational, and program leadership.

What you'll do

• Facilitate evening schedules, routines, and activities
• model a strength-based approach
• support individualized growth plans
• transport participants to appointments and activities using organization vehicles
• conduct and document house and room checks
• lead enrichment and life-skills groups
• oversee and document medication administration and conduct random drug screens according to protocols
• teach daily living skills
• maintain shift logs and EHR entries
• participate in safety drills and checks
• provide crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
