What you'll do

• Conduct virtual or in-person home visits
• assess family needs and provide case management when necessary
• conduct outreach by calls, texts, drop-ins, and mailings
• use child development curriculum and play to support parent-child relationships
• maintain assessments and documentation
• participate in weekly supervision, Healthy Families conferences, community events, seminars, training, and parent events
• coordinate with community services
• maintain program quality standards and participate in continuous quality improvement.

Why this role
