What you'll do

• Own the culture of the assigned zone
• support staffing, succession planning, and manager development
• advise general managers on staffing and hiring
• coach managers and conduct business meetings
• follow up through audits, assessments, key performance indicators, visits, and tasks
• develop plans to grow sales through operations and marketing
• support franchisor marketing initiatives
• manage restaurant budgets and forecasts
• audit operations and develop improvement plans
• ensure use of company systems
• maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• hold general managers accountable
• oversee facility management and repair-and-maintenance budgets
• ensure restaurants and equipment are operational, safe, and sanitary
• conduct visits, interviews, training, and performance reviews.
