What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements for the US and Canadian markets
• advise commercial and business stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
• negotiate provisions covering liability, indemnification, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, service levels, and termination
• maintain templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and approval guidelines
• and provide practical legal training and guidance while identifying process and risk-management improvements.
