What you'll do

• Manage project buyout, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, forecasting, billing, and closeout
• coordinate HCAI documentation, inspections, and NPC 5 compliance milestones in occupied hospitals
• lead owner-architect-contractor meetings
• maintain schedule accountability
• update cost-to-complete and work-in-progress reporting
• coordinate BIM and prefab workflows
• negotiate and administer subcontracts and vendor commitments
• mentor project engineers and support field supervision.
