What you'll do

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• coordinate clients, contractors, and internal teams
• develop schedules, labor quotes, and operational plans
• negotiate vendor and labor proposals
• coordinate trades and product readiness
• conduct site evaluations and pre-installation walkthroughs
• oversee onsite installation
• lead punch-list and closeout
• track financial performance and recommend improvements.
