Car Detailer — Part-Time

The Car Detailer — Part-Time role is onsite in Barker Heights, NC. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour, with performance-based opportunities to progress from $15 to $16 during the first year. Carvana’s Market Operations team prepares vehicles and supports customer experiences in local markets. The role maintains vehicle cleanliness and appearance and coordinates with coworkers to support timely deliveries. It also inspects incoming inventory and helps ensure vehicles are ready for display and customer delivery.

What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• wash and vacuum inventory
• complete multi-point inspections of arriving vehicles, including fuel, safety features, drivability, and required disclosures
• maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• and communicate with team members and management.
