What you'll do

• Oversee and manage therapy-program operations at assigned facilities
• adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and resident rights

• ensure services meet practice, regulatory, documentation, billing, and productivity standards
• communicate professionally with patients and families.
