What you'll do

• Assess patient condition, identify and report changes, perform procedures and monitoring as ordered, document care administration, administer medications, monitor patient for therapeutic response, provide exceptional patient care, respond promptly to patient requests, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate Degree; BSN required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)

Experience

Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required; PCU and Transplant experience preferred
