Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor role is onsite in Forest Park, GA. The listed salary range for Zone A is $90,900–$170,100 per year; other location-based ranges are also provided in the posting. The role leads manufacturing operations at Clorox’s West Facility. The supervisor coordinates production resources and leads an assigned crew to meet safety, quality, output, cost, and performance goals. Daily operational management, coaching, and cross-functional problem-solving support reliable production and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate production resources to meet safety, quality, output, cost, and raw-material goals
• set shift priorities and workflow
• use daily management systems to identify root causes and corrective actions
• track follow-up actions
• lead continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
• analyze performance data
• coach and develop the production crew
• support performance evaluations and employee engagement
• coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams
• provide operational direction to Process, Distribution, Maintenance, and Security teams.
