What you'll do

• Take food and drink orders
• serve food and beverages
• prepare itemized checks and accept payments when needed
• comply with hotel standards and applicable certifications
• learn menus and specials
• clear, clean, and reset tables
• use the POS system
• complete cashiering and end-of-shift paperwork
• perform opening, closing, and station side work
• keep tables and side stands stocked and clean.
