The Registered Nurse Educator role is an onsite position in Brawley, CA. Compensation is $1 per hour as stated in the posting. The educator supports training for Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District staff and the community. This role provides certification and other educational courses, helping nursing and support staff build and maintain relevant skills. It also supports community health education and maintains training equipment according to American Heart Association standards.

What you'll do

• Provide Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and recertification classes, along with other courses for District staff and the community. Plan, organize, and evaluate learning
• collaborate with departmental nurse educators, nursing directors, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• participate in community health events or classes
• serve as a resource on American Heart Association matters
• and maintain training equipment according to applicable standards and procedures.

Why this role
