What you'll do

• Scribe retina-specific ophthalmology information
• prepare patients and rooms for treatments and minor procedures
• obtain medical and ophthalmic histories
• measure visual acuity and intraocular pressure
• perform basic visual field testing and OCT
• record vital signs as required
• complete computerized order entry after certification
• instill eye drops as directed
• assist with dressings and patient transfers
• maintain room supplies and records
• provide customer service
• travel to other locations as assigned.
