What you'll do

• Lead VDC/BIM implementation planning and establish project guidelines
• develop procedures and train staff
• lead VDC processes on two or more concurrent projects
• administer project models
• track clash detection and RFI resolution
• implement VDC technologies including 4D scheduling
• manage modeling schedules and budgets
• review subcontractor adherence to VDC guidelines
• support field teams and resolve performance issues.
