Escape Room Game Master

The Escape Room Game Master role is onsite in Richmond, VA. Compensation is $13–$14 per hour. The Game Master is the guest-facing representative of Breakout Operations LLC. The role guides guests through escape-room experiences, provides clues when requested, celebrates their results, and resets rooms for the next group. What you'll do

• Greet guests and introduce the experience
• run games
• provide clues and cues when guests request help
• encourage guests regardless of whether they escape
• help create memorable group experiences
• reset rooms
• communicate with guests in person and by phone
• perform other day-to-day functions as directed by the General Manager.
