Warehouse Team Lead — Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift

Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The Warehouse Team Lead works onsite in Albuquerque, NM. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. FIDELITONE’s warehouse operation supports customer orders and shipment service requirements. The role coordinates daily warehouse work so receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments meet contractual service levels. It leads and coaches associates, supports safe and accurate order handling, and works with supervisors and other team leads to improve workflow and coordinate operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily work in receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments
• work alongside warehouse employees as needed
• collaborate on work schedules
• coach associates and support performance reviews
• standardize procedures to improve efficiency
• coordinate with other team leads and supervisors
• ensure correct shipment of orders, including hazardous materials
• support safe equipment operation, inventory, warehouse security, cleanliness, and timely timecard processing.
