Customer Property Specialist

The Customer Property Specialist role is onsite at Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace’s Johnstown, PA facility. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The company produces remote weapon systems and other defense technology supporting military customers and allies. The specialist manages customer-furnished and government-furnished equipment, maintaining accountability and compliance while supporting material flow through production. Accurate receiving, inventory, shipping, and reporting help sustain mission-critical defense programs.

What you'll do

• Inspect and verify received items against documentation
• enter receipt information into databases and report receipts
• maintain records of customer- and government-furnished equipment
• prepare and ship material to vendors and owners
• catalog scrap and report status
• liaise with government and other representatives on receipt, inspection, and disposition
• coordinate demilitarization
• record and report shipments sent in error
• assist with reports
• support warehouse shipping, receiving, stockroom, manufacturing, and marketing as needed.
