Warehouse Associate — Receiving

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate works onsite at West Elk Coal Mine in Somerset, CO; the listing location is Delta, CO. Compensation is $25 per hour. The role supports safe and efficient mine operations through warehouse and inventory work. The associate receives, stocks, organizes, and tracks parts and supplies, operates forklifts and front-end loaders, and reconciles receiving discrepancies. Accurate inventory records and safe handling of materials, including explosives, support mine operations and compliance.

What you'll do

• Follow workplace safety and mine policies
• receive, stock, organize, and inventory parts, materials, and supplies
• operate forklifts and front-end loaders
• process receipts, purchase orders, and packing slips and verify shipments
• research and reconcile receiving discrepancies
• inventory, issue, and receive explosives according to safety procedures and regulations
• use ELLIPSE and/or ORACLE inventory systems
• conduct inventory counts and maintain documentation
• use Microsoft Office tools
• communicate with team members and departments.

Why this role

MSHA certification is required, with training provided at no cost after acceptance of a signed job offer. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; weekends may be needed by appointment. Overtime may be required.
