Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• prepare journal entries and general ledger adjustments
• reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
• assist with month-end and year-end close and reporting
• review invoices and expense reports
• maintain records and schedules in QuickBooks or other accounting systems
• support cash management
• organize documentation for controls and audits
• collaborate with internal departments.

Why this role
