The consultant guides customers from initial conversations through vehicle delivery and follow-up, helping them evaluate new and pre-owned vehicles and purchase, lease, and trade-in options. The role builds trust and repeat business through product knowledge, accurate CRM records, and consistent customer communication.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• understand transportation needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• help select new and pre-owned vehicles
• demonstrate features and conduct test drives
• explain purchase, lease, and trade-in options
• prepare pricing proposals
• coordinate with sales management and finance
• maintain customer information in the CRM
• respond to leads and follow up
• build repeat and referral business
• complete manufacturer and dealership training
• coordinate vehicle deliveries and post-delivery follow-up
• introduce customers to the service team.
