What you'll do

• Open and maintain personal and business accounts
• support account services including notary, IRA, wire transfers, debit cards, digital and phone banking, check orders, direct deposits, and lending
• process teller transactions
• balance cash and maintain cash and coin inventory
• handle account inquiries, ATM access, fraud claims, disputes, and account maintenance
• explain and refer members to products and services
• safeguard member information and follow compliance procedures.

Why this role

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:15 AM–4:45 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, and rotating Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available subject to the stated service milestones. Employees must reside in Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, or Connecticut.
