What you'll do

• Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assists with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtains and records vital signs.
• Assists with transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Completes food preparation and dining tasks.
• Documents resident interactions and changes in condition.
• Provides housekeeping and laundry services.
• Assists with wellness and recreational programs.
