What you'll do

• Sell lift tickets, season passes, lessons, equipment rentals, and on-mountain activities by phone
• answer inbound calls using sales and reservation software
• provide recommendations and guest service
• guide conversations to convert leads into sales
• respond to product and area inquiries
• troubleshoot guest issues and redirect calls when needed
• provide technical support for mobile app and website login
• maintain current product knowledge through training
• keep training, email, and meeting records organized
• collaborate with related departments and share feedback with management.
