What you'll do

• Perform occupied residential repairs
• diagnose basic property problems
• repair or replace appliances
• complete plumbing, electrical, lighting, and hardware repairs
• perform painting and drywall repairs as needed
• perform on-call duties once properly trained
• complete other duties as assigned.
