What you'll do

• Supervise youth and assist with daily routines and activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals
• implement individualized service plans and therapeutic goals
• support skill development and community integration through weekend outings and activities
• maintain a safe, structured environment
• document progress, behaviors, and incidents
• collaborate with team members and participate in trainings.

Why this role
