What you'll do

• Lead production issue resolution and root-cause analysis
• define and implement business processes
• facilitate requirements and fit-gap workshops
• identify software gaps and recommend solutions
• lead ERP/CRM deliverables, testing, deployment readiness, training, and change management
• support post-implementation audits and ongoing optimization
• coach junior staff
• travel up to 40% as projects or business require
• occasional weekend work as needed.
