What you'll do

• Provide technical support for system operations and logistics
• prepare program briefings and reports
• help train personnel
• support HSPD-12 enrollment and SmartID activation
• troubleshoot hardware and software
• coordinate equipment shipments
• maintain deployed systems
• operate USAccess scheduling and site configuration functions
• provide backup support to the site manager
• assist with inventory accountability
• and provide ICAM SharePoint administration when required.
