What you'll do

• Perform general heavy civil construction labor
• direct traffic through construction zones using signs, hand signals, and other devices
• communicate with crew members, equipment operators, and the public
• monitor work-zone conditions
• assist construction vehicles entering and exiting work zones
• follow safety rules and PPE requirements
• report hazards
• perform other physical site tasks.
