Property Manager — Laurel Towers

What you'll do

• Supervise property-office bookkeeping, marketing, and lease preparation
• market the property in accordance with Fair Housing regulations and management guidelines
• submit required reports
• maintain business and financial records and properly credit accounts and deposit funds
• inspect the property and address maintenance needs
• hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff
• respond to resident requests and complaints.

Why this role
