The Resident Assistant role is onsite in Kingsford, MI. Starting pay is $16 to $18 per hour; licensed CNAs are listed at $20 per hour. Evergreen Senior Living serves three communities in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, including Evergreen Heights in Kingsford. The assistant supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The role provides personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and activity support, while observing and reporting changes and communicating care information to Health & Wellness staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• serve meals and provide feeding assistance when required
• help plan and lead resident-centered activities and light exercise
• observe and report changes in condition
• maintain neat, sanitary care areas
• document care and communicate with Health & Wellness staff
• follow safety, HIPAA, and facility protocols.
