Director of PADS PM, Evening and Overnight Shelter

What you'll do

• Hire, schedule, supervise, train, and develop evening and overnight shelter staff and interns
• cover shifts when needed
• lead complex guest situations
• coordinate with the AM Shelter Director
• build community partnerships
• support volunteer engagement
• manage the PADS Shelter budget and track expenses and grants
• prepare reports for the board and funders
• and address staff performance and conflicts.
