Multifamily Maintenance Technician

The Multifamily Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Camp Hill, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is not specified. The position supports IPM’s property management work across multifamily communities and helps keep residential communities safe, clean, and functional. The technician handles repairs, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance to support daily property operations, resident satisfaction, and the long-term condition of managed properties. The role coordinates with property managers and vendors and includes an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, doors, locks, windows, and fixtures
• prepare units for new residents
• conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• maintain logs and work orders
• maintain common areas and grounds
• coordinate with property management and vendors
• follow safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and fair housing regulations
• respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call rotation.
