The Part-Time Community Manager, Manufactured Homes role is onsite in Des Moines, IA, overseeing the Pine Grove community; pay is $23 per hour. The position is 20 hours per week. WGP Property Management’s mission is to provide safe, reliable housing for residents and safe, reliable returns for investors. The manager serves as the primary contact for residents, vendors, and team members and oversees community operations. The role supports safety, resident satisfaction, financial performance, home sales, and the appearance and upkeep of the community.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe and compliant community
• oversee rent collection, home sales, utility billing, applications, and occupancy goals
• market available homes and lots
• welcome residents and address concerns
• coordinate community events and newsletters
• supervise landscaping, maintenance, and contractors
• monitor spending and obtain bids for jobs over $1,500
• inspect the property and record utility meters as applicable.
