What you'll do

• Maintain manure removal equipment and cages
• assist drivers and House People with maintenance issues
• potentially install manure removal systems and perform fabrication work
• move birds as needed for repairs while observing density guidelines
• repair and replace manure belts
• clean belts, pits, and sheds
• repair flooring and guardrails
• use lockout/tagout devices
• follow safe work practices and GMPs
• report conditions affecting food safety, product quality, or personnel safety
• perform House Person duties as needed.
