Guest Experience Associate (Carcierge)

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• answer calls and respond to inquiries
• negotiate, open, and close rental contracts and complete paperwork
• communicate products, services, and policies
• clean and prepare vehicles
• provide guest pickup and drop-off
• build rapport and identify guest opportunities.
