What you'll do

• Supervise and lead employees during a shift
• ensure excellent customer service
• assist with food preparation and quality standards, including slicer use
• manage opening and closing procedures
• handle customer inquiries and complaints
• train employees on company principles, policies, procedures, and standards
• monitor inventory and place orders when needed
• maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
