The Compounder Lead, Manufacturing, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Clark, NJ, at Kerry’s Taste Division facility. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.; the posting lists $29 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate assigned department operations on the shift and complete the daily shift report. Ensure production needs meet quality, GMP, and safety requirements
• keep the supervisor informed and take or recommend corrective action. Coordinate shift transitions, ensure operators follow required practices, identify safety issues, and train staff to identify and correct problems. Maintain production and inventory records, use SAP and related systems, follow 5S and Good Manufacturing procedures, and handle allergen products and equipment according to control procedures. Move between shifts as needed for training and vacancy coverage.
