The Quality Systems and Compliance Engineer role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay is $65,000–$85,000 per year. FII USA, a Foxconn Technology Group company, supports smart manufacturing and the Training and Development Department. The engineer coordinates campus-wide quality management system compliance and audit readiness. The role develops risk-based audit programs, governs corrective and preventive actions, verifies effectiveness, and supports consistent QMS implementation across facilities.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve QMS procedures, forms, audit tools, CAPA methods, and compliance controls
• develop and conduct risk-based audits
• coordinate audit schedules, evidence, reports, and follow-up
• administer CAPA tracking and investigations
• review corrective actions and verify effectiveness
• coordinate customer, certification, regulatory, and corporate audit readiness
• analyze findings and prepare management-review inputs and dashboards
• support compliance readiness for new facilities and process changes
• train process owners and maintain controlled records
• lead improvements to reduce recurring findings.
