The Senior Supplier Management Specialist monitors and enhances supplier performance across contract compliance, health and safety, financial risk, and third-party risk management. This role leads supplier governance and performance improvement initiatives while serving as a key business partner to operations and executive stakeholders. This position exists to ensure that strategic suppliers meet contractual and operational expectations. By tracking key performance indicators, leading business reviews, and driving corrective action plans, the specialist ensures the reliability and compliance of the company's supply chain infrastructure.
