What you'll do

• Assess and prioritize walk-in and telephone triage
• manage chronic conditions using protocols
• provide wound care and medication administration, including vaccines
• educate patients and caregivers
• conduct medication reviews
• perform point-of-care testing, EKGs, and specimen collection
• support preventive screening
• manage medication protocols and clinical communications
• delegate to medical assistants and phlebotomists as needed
• participate in care-team meetings and patient-safety processes.
