The Manufacturing Engineering Systems/Program Lead role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with an annual salary range of $111,500–$170,000. The position provides technical leadership for manufacturing engineering activities across AeroVironment programs. The role turns manufacturing data and program requirements into plans to improve throughput, capacity, cost, quality, and schedule performance. Through factory analysis, capacity planning, EVMS and CAM support, and cross-functional coordination, the lead helps programs scale production and address operational constraints.

What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing engineering systems and factory capacity initiatives across programs. Develop value-stream and capacity models
• plan capacity expansion and factory changes
• support EVMS, schedules, budgets, metrics, and CAM activities. Analyze performance, recommend improvements, resolve constraints and risks with cross-functional teams, develop ramp-up and scaling plans, and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
