What you'll do

• Manage a defined portfolio of primarily residential client accounts with property values up to approximately $1 million
• make proactive outbound calls and handle inbound calls
• explain property tax status, protest outcomes, timelines, and next steps
• address objections and service concerns
• identify at-risk clients and escalate appropriately
• coordinate with appeals, research, and operations teams
• maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks
• support retention and advocacy campaigns.
